A very simple pricing structure applies, the accommodation can be booked for sole use by a large group or per person basis
Weekend - £650 for a 2 night stay
The minimum booking for a weekend is for a 2 night stay (normally friday and saturday night but it could be saturday and sunday night.)
For all bookings made after 1st January 2012 it will rise to £700
Per person at a weekend - £16 per person per night
I only accept bookings on a per person basis at a weekend as a last minute booking. For all bookings made after 1st January 2012 it will rise to £17.50
Sole Use mid week - £325 per night.
'sole use' of the barn mid week costs £325 per night regardless of how many there are in your group. The barn sleeps up to 32, so this equates to less than £11 per person per night. For all bookings made after 1st January 2012 this will rise to £
Per person mid week - £15 per person per night.
Individual places can be allocated to guests mid-week.
All beds have a fitted sheet and pillowcases supplied as standard for those who want to bring sleeping bags.
The showers, central heating, electricity even a supply of logs for the fire are all included in the price. Guests need to bring their own towels with them.
All of the rooms are large enough to also fit a travelling cot in, two travelling cots and a high chair are available free of charge.
** Minimum Stays **
Weekend booking – except for last minute bookings minimum of 2 nights. Only sole use bookings accepted more than a month in advance.
New Year booking – minimum of 4 nights only sole use bookings accepted. No bookings for new year are accepted more than 13 months in advance.
Bank Holiday Weekends - minimum of 3 nights only sole use bookings accepted.
Easter Weekend - minimum of 4 nights only sole use bookings accepted.

A booking form will be emailed to you.
Provisional booking will then be confirmed on receipt of the deposit.
Payment
A deposit of 20% of the total fee is required to confirm the booking, with the balance of the total fee received one month before the arrival date. For bookings made less than one month before the arrival date the full payment is required on booking. Please note that all payments received are non-refundable.
