How to Book
Check availability of dates by telephone 07970 629726 or Email. Provisional booking will then be confirmed on receipt of the deposit.
Deposit
Please send the deposit with a letter giving your name, address, telephone numbers, the dates of your booking and the size of your group to :-
Gilfach Wen Barn, Gilfach Wen, Brechfa, Carmarthenshire, SA32 7QL.
Payment
A deposit of 20% of the total fee is required to confirm the booking, with the balance of the total fee received one month before the arrival date. For bookings made less than one month before the arrival date the full payment is required on booking.
If you have to cancel your booking, providing you give us reasonable notice it is normally possible for us to accept an alternative booking in which case a refund of any payment over the 20% deposit will be made.
Payment by credit or debit card
If you have a paypal account we can send you an invoice via email.
If you want to pay for a small group of people using your credit or debit card without setting up a paypal account please use the following fields. Please check that the date you require is available before payment.
There is a surcharge of £1 per person per night for accepting payments this way because of the extra costs to us.
