Tired of hotel rooms and need to ensure your staff training is not interrupted by day to day demands of the office?
When trying to develop the people within your company it is often a complete change, with opportunities to break down the barriers between individuals and departments that can make the difference.
A range of facilities for training activities and exercises are available on the farm and nearby locations. As well as the facilities within the accommodation, there are additional training facilities in a recently built barn at the farm. A heated training room with TV, video and whiteboard and a 20ft x 30ft concrete floored undercover area with high quality lighting for practical tasks. Both of these facilities can be hired for an additional fee. All or part of the farmland would also be available for outdoor activities by arrangement.
There are many local highly experienced facilitators and instructors that we can put you in touch with to complement the skills of your own trainers and to develop the team building approach that you are looking for. The development of team building skills is something that comes far more easily from activities and exercises away from the office. Sharing tasks such as the cooking and washing up helps break down barriers between employees. But our catering options are available if you wish delegates to focus solely on work based projects.
